Q. Can I change my MONAT Gratitude Gear order after it’s been placed?
A. Changes cannot be made to your order once it is submitted, if you need to cancel your order please contact:

Q. My order status is "UNFULFILLED", what does that mean? When will I be able to see some updates?
A. An "UNFULFILLED" status means your order has not been picked, packed, or shipped. You will be notified via email with tracking information once a label has been created in our system.
Q. My order status says "FULFILLED", does that mean that it has shipped?
A. A "FULFILLED" status means that YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.
Q. My order status says "PARTIAL" what does that mean?
A. A "PARTIAL" status means that part of your order has shipped out and is still waiting on the other items to ship.
PAYMENT
Q. What currency do you accept?
A. We accept US Dollars as form of payment for US and International shoppers and Canadian Dollars for Canadian shoppers.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, as well as debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo.
Q. When does my credit card get charged?
A. At the time you place your order, we’ll charge your card for the total amount including all applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Q. Does my billing address have to match the address on file with the credit card?
A. Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. However, the shipping address you wish ship to does not need to match your billing or credit card address.

Q. How do I log into the MY ACCOUNT section?
A. In the cart, click “My Account” at the top of the page.
Q. Do I have to create an account to place an order?
A. No, you do not. You can check out as a guest (see question below).
Q. Can I check out as a guest?
A. Guest checkout is available for orders that consist of only physical product. Keep in mind that no order history or reorder option is available when using guest checkout, as no account is created.
Q. Can I change my email address or billing and shipping addresses for MY ACCOUNT?
A. Yes, simply click on “My Account” at the top of the page, enter your updated information, and click the “Update” button.
Q. Does the system remember my last order?
A. Your account will have your previous orders on file for future reference.
